1. Membership Fees
Pro Membership
- Annual Pro membership fees are non-refundable once activated
- You may cancel your Pro membership at any time, but access continues until the end of your billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for early cancellation
Founding Members
Founding members receive complimentary Pro access for one year. This promotional benefit has no cash value and is non-transferable.
2. Vendor Package Purchases
Refund requests for vendor package purchases are subject to the following:
Before Service Delivery
- Full refunds may be available if you cancel before the vendor begins work
- Contact us within 48 hours of purchase for cancellation requests
After Service Begins
- Refunds are subject to vendor policies and the extent of work completed
- Partial refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis
- We will mediate disputes between members and vendors
3. Rebate Credits
Regarding rebate credits earned through our platform:
- Rebate credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
- Credits can only be redeemed for membership fee discounts or gift vouchers
- Rebate credits are non-transferable between accounts
- Unused credits expire 12 months from the date earned
- Credits are forfeited if your account is terminated for policy violations
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at [email protected] with subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email, order/transaction ID, and reason for refund
- We will respond within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
5. Exceptions
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after services have been delivered
- Failure to use purchased services within the validity period
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Disputes arising more than 30 days after the transaction
6. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding a purchase:
- Step 1: Contact the vendor directly through our platform messaging system
- Step 2: If unresolved, submit a dispute to our support team
- Step 3: We will investigate and provide a resolution within 14 business days
