1. Founding Members

Founding Members receive complimentary Pro membership access for one year. Please note:

• This is a limited quota promotion available to early adopters only
• This promotional benefit has no cash value and is non-transferable
• Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notification
• GetBizPack reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at its sole discretion

2. Pro Membership

• Annual Pro membership fees are non-refundable once activated
• You may cancel your Pro membership at any time, but access continues until the end of your billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for early cancellation

3. Vendor Services

GetBizPack acts as a marketplace connecting members with independent service vendors. Please note:

• All service agreements and transactions are between you and the vendor directly
• Refund requests for vendor services should be directed to the vendor
• GetBizPack is not responsible for refunds related to vendor services

4. Rebate Credits

• Rebate credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Unused credits expire 12 months from the date earned
