Welcome to GetBizPack. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform. By accessing or using GetBizPack, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the GetBizPack website and services
• "Member" refers to registered users of the Platform
• "Vendor" refers to service providers listed on the Platform
• "Services" refers to business services offered through the Platform

2. Platform Services

GetBizPack operates as a B2B marketplace that:

• Connects business owners with vetted service vendors
• Offers curated business service packages at preferential rates
• Facilitates enquiries and communications between Members and Vendors
• Provides rebate credits on confirmed purchases

Important: GetBizPack acts as a facilitator and marketplace. We do not directly provide the services offered by Vendors.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To use our Platform, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age
2. Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
3. Provide accurate and complete registration information
4. Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Membership Tiers

Free Membership

• Access to member-only pricing
• Submit enquiries to vendors
• 2% rebate credits on purchases

Pro Membership (HK$780/year)

• All Free membership benefits
• 3% rebate credits on purchases
• Priority support and exclusive packages

5. Rebate Credit Program

• Rebate credits are earned on confirmed purchases through the Platform
• Credits can be redeemed for membership fee discounts or gift vouchers
• Rebate credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Minimum redemption threshold: HK$500
• Credits expire 24 months from date of earning

6. Vendor Services

Please note the following regarding Vendor services:

• GetBizPack is not a party to contracts between Members and Vendors
• We do not guarantee the quality, delivery, or outcome of Vendor services
• Payment for services is made directly to Vendors
• Disputes should first be addressed directly with the Vendor

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetBizPack shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Quality or delivery of Vendor services
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to GetBizPack in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
